I don't think it's a good shake for someone trying to lose weight. maybe okay for someone looking to gain mass?....I estimate about 650cals a serving on that shake??
200 cals for 2tbs pb, 150yogurt(8oz),103cals m size banana, 70cals for flaxseed, and about 110-200cals on wheyprotein? could be wrong too anyways THANKs for the idea :)
maybe you may eat 1/2 of and leave the rest for the next day. Just glad she is sharing. I see her on public tv.
