You can hear every engine starrt, takeoff, landing and taxing where I live in Heald Green. Including the noisy whine of these GE engined 777's. Flybe Dash 8's are particularly noisy too with their erratic prop wash.

@zktom because it's large aircraft and pilots use cameras to see where their main gear is so at night they need lights! :) I hope this helps! :)

Biman is currently operating this aircraft on DAC-LHR-MAN-DAC route. Bit weird because passengers boarding in London for Dhaka have to go through the extra stop in Manchester and passengers from Dhaka for Manchester will have to sit through London. I am hoping that with the second 777-300 ER joining the fleet on November 23rd, Biman will be able to operate dedicated DAC-LHR-DAC and DAC-MAN-DAC flights. There will ample traffic thanks to the huge Bangladeshi expact community in the UK.

Thank you very much Simon for bringing us this video. As an avid plane spotter and a native of Bangladesh, I have been eagerly looking around for such videos. Boeing 777-300 is the most graceful looking commercial plane every built in my opinion.

The national colours (red and green) have been widely used as you can see. This is the first of 4 777-300 ERs Biman has ordered from Boeing. This one has been named "Palki" which is Bengali for Palaquin.
