he used the flying CJ mod a easy way is get a motorcycle next to the vent n press triangle so u get off in the vent...but u have to do the jepack code as much as u can in the begining video of the game with out skipping it u should die when the cops throw u out if u did it right

u cn get in with no cheats and i will tell you how.

get ALOT of remote satchels and a but truck (maybe nessisary

throw alot of remote satchels into the fence surrounding it near the east side prefferably

and stand back and blow the fuck out of it. if done correctly the fence shoiuld be gane and u cn steal soem cool vehicles,but you wont be able to get into the building fater the mission

but on multiplayer it is very fun to break in and have a war wit them
