No. The land is part of a Dallas County Preserve. In addition, the land is located inside the city limits of Dallas. Hunting for larger game like feral pigs or deer is not allowed in Dallas.
Dallas Parks and Rec needs to pickup a rifle and take care of this before they get sued for a wild hog attack on a citizen.

It is also very illegal in Texas to relocate feral hogs. They must be taken to a processing plant, a certified hunting preserve or destroyed.
