I played Persona for the first time at a friend's house with 3 other friends, and in the middle of going through Yukiko's castle, we had to stop to eat lunch. We didn't bother to turn off the TV or the PS2, since we needed to save, and we figured the music wouldn't matter much. The result was that the extreme music exacerbated the awkward silence during the meal (eaten with the friend's sister and parents). 30 seconds of peace music per 50 seconds of extreme guitar was not a nice balance T_T

@Machdude On my normal playthrough now, its pretty damn easy to get through dungeons with my high levelled persona now.

No, as in they both turn the game from a normal game into a ridiculous cakewalk. Most of the bosses in the game can't even TOUCH Yoshitsune. Heat Riser and Power Charge alone makes Yoshitsune one of the most formidable personas in the game, but he also ahs the relatively cheap ungodly attack Hassou Tobi which dishes out over a thousand damage on average to a single foe in one turn. Izanagi no okami has NOTHING on Yoshitsune. Dude could disprove gravity.

I got trumpeter my first playthrough but unfortunately I did not get Yoshitsune due to needing to have a high understanding to get the tower social link. When I do get Yoshitsune, it will indeed be easy. :P

You panic at first as you start the dungeon. Then as the music reach 0:49, you start relaxing, thinking "hey, this is pretty easy and relaxing..."

Then at 1:21, BAM! You're back in the fast pace, and got attacked by a shadow from behind...

I loved Yukiko's castle + castle theme. It has this surreal vibe to it. I was actually a bit disappointed when the following dungeons didn't have that spark this one had, especially the Steamroom and Club which I found pretty generic. But that's why I still love this one (and Heaven) so much. =)
