its a presonus audiobox usb...cute little field recording device. I have one that I basically use as a coaster...the converters suck that bad. you don't want one.

its a DAW interface so yeah, you could go back and forth from the MPC and your computer with it. get protools hardware instead. protools is the only worthwhile DAW (awaiting the 1000 flames that are going to follow my saying that).

it takes time to learn, but once you do, you'll realize that everything else is a waste. I even do all of my sequencing via protools. its so much faster. if you're on a budget, get an m-audio interface and m-powered PT.
