The Taliban won't ever give up their weapons, yet a notion to negotiate with them is being peddled by your top commanders on the ground. The same way they negotiated with the Iraqi insurgents. You only negotiate if you can't see yourself winning and as with Iraq, negotiation seems like the only possible option in order for the US to achieve their goals.

They train hard but if you give me an option of who i want in my squad any of those guys or a spetsnaz guy ill pick the ruskey. The sheer volume of the Vietnamese body count nearly classifies as a genocide. It was the first war where the outcome was not determined on the battlefield, but by what people saw on their t.v. screens and newspapers. By the way... The Taliban won't ever give up their weapons, yet a notion to negotiate with them is being peddled by your top commanders on the ground. The same way they negotiated with the Iraqi insurgents. You only negotiate if you can't see yourself winning and as with Iraq, negotiation seems like the only possible option in order for the US to achieve their goals.

They train hard but if you give me an option of who i want in my squad any of those guys or a spetsnaz guy ill pick the ruskey. Actually, the Americans lost because of politics. They won every single engagement against the Vietcong and delivered a devastating blow to them before pulling out. The sheer volume of the Vietnamese body count nearly classifies as a genocide. It was the first war where the outcome was not determined on the battlefield, but by what people saw on their t.v. screens and newspapers. By the way... What does searching for Bin Laden have to do with military might?

Personally, I don't think U.S. is "the best" and even if you were, you don't need to talk as if just because you live there and have an American citizenship, you are more powerful than God. @chigeh korea wasnt that bad 4 us. we kicked them out of the south and just didnt bother 2 go in2 north korea. vietnam we got alot of injured but not that many deaths and DESTROYED the vc, iraq is pretty mch over and were training the iraqi police and afghan is almost the same but were just mopping up. 25% is def not bad. that meens that 75% are healthy!!! and the gold medals meen that we have the best athletes in the world
