  • WARNING: I paid to upgrade to Premium from Basic (free) membership w/Connected Investors. After financial considerations, I attempted w/i a few days to downgrade back to Basic. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF MY EMAILS OR RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. Today on their Live Chat, after I told the rep what I wanted, he asked me a few questions, asked me to hold, then signed off the chat.
