I'm sure you all know but I don't know if I made it clear that Barack Obama was opposed to the Iraq invasion from the beginning. Though he was a State Senator and not a member of the U.S. senate, he still showed sound judgment where most had not.

Well, I'll start with the worst one. Obama comented on Hillary's health care plan saying if can't afford health care, Hillary will force you to pay it anyway.

This isn't true; Hillary's plan is based on a fraction of income. As of which, Hillary will raise the minimum income to a point that which a fraction of the income won't be harmful for anyone. He also said that she can enforce her mandate. Well, he has a mandate on his own policy he can't enforce as well.

The mandate is enforceable through fines. Period. Wavers are granted as in the Mass. case but then it isn't universal then is it? I agree with Kim, for every time he might have in your mind mischaracterized her plan, she has had blatant lies and plays to underlying ethnic fear.

He has used to much hope/change rhetoric and lacked some specifics, similar to Senator Clinton who is always the first to gauge the political winds. Edwards had the guts to say, "i was wrong to vote for the war." "The War on Terror is a bumper sticker slogan. (rhetorical device, language used to promote action or inaction.) Terrorism is real, and a criminal/intelligence problem. Not a military one. It's like using a butter knife for surgery. The U.S. is spending TRILLIONS on the butter knife!

I wouldn't mind hearing from experts in the field that have no financial stake in the outcome. Fact is that Massachusetts, has "universal Health Care," yet there 11.7% (Boston Globe) of them who go uninsured. That's because they can't afford even the state insurance. Since they are defying the mandate they are fined. Many do apply and receive wavers, but they go without. That number is up from last year. We need a real debate. Get away from solely relying on rhetoric.

I agree that we do need to break away from the two family dynastic possibility. We need some real campaign reform. There is no debate about public vs. Private funding. I think both have good points. I am pissed I couldn't vote for Kucinich on super tuesday b/c he already bowed out. This is a convoluted democracy.
