From what I believe, the main reason why the majority during Altair's time did not learn or know how to swim was from the lack of being surrounded by it. Exactly how often would they come across water except travel? I'm sure most would only see water as a drink. Also, from Altair always drowning, I am not sure if any of you have tried swimming in deep water, fully clothed, with weapons. Most swords would weigh at least 2-3 pounds, but then again, he wasn't just carrying swords was he?

Kojima has a mgs5 surprise for us, god of war 3 will be shown, but most espically ubisoft will show assassins creed 2. GT will show this hameplay June 2nd. hope that helps if not send a message

can swim,

climb into boats and kill guards on them

also theirs a flying element (he doesn't fly but can glide using a object)
