wrong :) the dot will reset if you get ressed and in fact many people die on purpose to then get ressed and have lost the dot..

There are different ways to take down the Turtle. Enrage seems to be the most popular. Followed by shield wall(i think). or 2 tanks can bounce aggro back and forth, die and get rezzed to reset the dots. IMPOSSIBLE TO SOLO. No one can heal that much that has a pet. Not only is there an AoE dot, but there is his attack that stacks up more damage. It is definatly a dps race, he needs to die within 6.5 minutes or the acid DoT will be too much for the healers.I did it w/ all capts though :)

is it possible to solo him if ur cap?? traited for healing and trait for your pet send him on turtel and heal the pet, something like that

The boss has neither dread nor adds. However, you do need some strategy. You need to switch aggro all the time because he hands out buffs which will increase over time and eventually wont be outhealable. The chest contains Radience Gear Tokens, The housing Item, First Age Items, A miniture walking turtle for you house and some other stuff like Mithril Flakes etc.

depends on what ur looking for. PVP then definately not. Crafting by far the best. Graphics: the best. Gameplay, the best. Audio: immersive. Story: best fantasy story of all time. So i'd say yeah unless your after PVP.

if you have everyone stand right inside that red circle you don't get the turtles aoe spikes. Also burgs destroy this turtle had a group with 4 and he was done faster than well a rabbit.=P debuffs and pure dps destroy this turtle killed it about 17 times. (too bad mostly spears droped bugged me thinks)
