ok today i have numbness in my leg sometimes and stinging pains in my head from now to february 1 2011 I will do this and note the change if any.

after suffering Kidney stone and going hospital, I found i was dehydrated, and not having enough fluids to dilute salts in the body, i also feel tired, cold and lower back pain. Excellent video
