  • @kaddursal So scumbag you like talking shit about peoples mothers then running and hiding and removing the comment because Ryan you are a scared little poorboy loser running around with a petition to save duckpin and five pin bowling. Why not be a man and try to build or buy one of these places or even a tenpin place like me you know I own 21 different locations and let's see what do you own besides a welfare check, a Geo Metro, and the September edition to Playboy? Fuck up again loser, got it..

  • Anyone know if there is any duckpin close to Ohio? or in Ohio? Bowled ten pins for years but want to try duckpin and candlepin.

  • Duck pin bowling is still alive and well throughout parts of western Pennsylvania. Those not as big as in years past there is still a small group of very good bowlers. The best place in years past (30 years ago) would of been at Palles Lanes in McKeesport Pa, they had 30 lanes of duck pins, during its heyday each lane would be used 2 times per night with leagues 7 days a week. This bowling is way harder than 10-pin bowling but very fun. The idea of accurancy is way higher than other bowling.

  • If Brunswick would only start up with duckpin lanes, then this sport would be alive.

  • I bowled a few times in tournaments at Patterson...what a tough house - dead sideboards, it seemed like every other lane you were either up against a wall or had those damn pillars in your face...notice how old and kinda shabby the place looks. In a nutshell that's what has caused the massive decline of duckpin bowling. The equipment got older and older, replacement parts were hard to find - lanes that closed were picked over for anything and everything.

  • i should make a comba lanes, duck pin, candle pin, 5 pin, and 10 pin

  • FINALLY!! SOMEONE SEES MY LOGIC

  • OMG. ahhhh!! :D THIS EXISTS?!!! I LOVE IT! :)

  • Nice bowling

  • I'd love to open a Duckpin alley here in the San Jose area.

  • Nice, Loved it

  • I'm going to fly back east this week to look at possibly purchasing a "Duckpin" center. I currently own "Tenpin" centers in the midwest. I think that game is so neat and I'll gladly throw my 2 cents in to help keep alive.

  • hey was just wondering if you had purchased a duckpin ally......it's such a great sport we need to get it out there, cause it is a sport going dead!!

  • I purchased a Candlepin center in Western Massachusetts and I am working on a 12 lane Duckpin center in the Northwest part of Conneticut. The only one so far that I made a deal on to date is the Candlepin center. The Duckpin center deal is a little tougher for several reasons, but we are still in there trying to hammer out some sort of deal. I'll keep you posted if anything happens, just suscribe to my channel and I won't forget about you that way.I'm selling my centers in Minnesota end of month

  • why dont you guys have 5 pin bowling in America??? its the same size of balls has duckpin bowling but only 5 pins that are taller and on strings...and its a much harder game than bowling with 10 pins on free fall, where you can get those carries across the lane

  • It all goes back to when the games were invented. Tommy Ryan the inventor of 5 pin bowling was a Canadian and therefore it was promoted up there in Canada while the other variations, candlepin and duckpin were promoted in the eastern states and Canada maritimes. Kind of like rubberband duckpins can't be found in the states only in the French Canadian teritories.

  • cuz it sucks

  • I used to live in Western Massachusetts (North Adams) and alot of people were hopefully trying to get a set of duckpin lanes in that area...

If only Brunswick would start manufacturing lanes and pin setters, people like you would be in business.

We also need to teach the rules of duckpin and how it can more fun than candlepin and tenpin combined.

  • Nice!! I have some duckpin bowling videos that are recent. Check them out.
