So my step daughter walks up to me crying, I find out its because of this! Why do you people not think about these things? He had children, siblings, a mother and father. We don't deserve this. People make mistakes. He suffered because of them, and so does his family everyday. What happens when my other much young step kids find this? What happens when his daughter does? Second, yes he should have thought about what he did before he did it, but you have no place to be saying all of this stuff knowing that his friends and family are probably reading these comments!! I hate thieves. I'm not a big fan of cops either. They should be charged for murder for pursuing a stolen motorcycle at high speeds! Let him get away; the bike and the thief will be caught later on. This is murder.

I knew this guy. I won't say his name but the initials are Travis Buffington and he was an ass. It's to bad he didn't straighten out his life but his son is better off without him. Good ridence!

I agree it is tragic for his family, but he is responsible for his own actions and there are consequences!  Maybe, he should have thought about his family before he stole a motorcycle. No one ever wants to take responsibility for their actions. If I rob a bank there is a chance that I could die, so I choose not to rob a bank. He was free to choose his actions and they caught up to him.
