This looks like the "balloon boy" balloon for a few years back. I'm pretty sure that was in California. I watched the entire mess on FOX News. Someone followed it in a helicopter so they were taping from above. It started at a high altitude like you see it here. Eventually it landed in a field and was tackled by a cop who stabbed it with a pocket knife (haha). Turned out to be about 12-15 feet in diameter. No boy inside. He was home hiding in the attic. Out of all the hoaxes on YouTube... this one actually looks legit. It's clearly a metallic object, and doesn't behave like a balloon. It's also consistent with many similar sightings throughout the years.

And it is hard to say, that this 'object' was added into video with "empty skies" in special program, like Adobe After Effects or something kinda this. However, even if this UFO is faked - I mean, that it's nothing more than special effect - the author has spent a lot of time to make something like this. All because of the camera movement. She's shaking. Well.. For me it looks like real.

I think its a homemade mylar balloon. Just because the movements of it. I like to see some thing like speed or sitting still in the air, this kinda looks like its floating in the air
All I want to say is that if up pause on the frame at 2:14 in this video...The UFO is VERY small compared to the jet. Around the 1:50 mark there seems to be what I think is a antenna on the UFO when it is rotating.
Those are just some concerns that have with this video that leave me to believe this is remote controlled as the female voice in the video said. Also it seems like some of this footage is cut.

Video pictures offer little in the way of tangible evidence although this video provides an interesting observation. Lets face it Youtube is full of misinformation and hoaxes, people lie, people are misinformed, and they post video's too. This is an interesting and significant topic worthy of debate. Yes I offered my opinion, am I right or wrong, can't say. We all can offer opinions, on speculative and suspect UAP and UFO's video until the day the aliens finally come out of their comic closet.

Looks like a balloon, but doesn't seem as unstable as a balloon might be, so if it IS a balloon it has a decent amount of mass & external rigidity.
