Hi guys!... If I was to do these suspension settings on my R1-08 bike. Do I need to have all suspension settings in the standard position first, (meaning, I leave all settings nor hard nor soft?) or do I need to make all settings at super soft setting, before I attempt any changes?
I have a 2007 ZZR600. The tool kit did not come with a spanner wrench to adjust the rear preload. What size spanner wrench does my bike take in millimetres? I have the universal one but it keeps slipping and it's wearing away the notches on the suspension. I want one that is made for my bike. No more Kawasakis for me.
Hmm! Keith only set one fork. It would have been better if he had shown how to get them even for a given amount of preload. Using the same number of turns would only work if you're sure that they were even from the start.
I found it extremely easy to see what he did with the ability to focus on exactly one point for a few seconds. It would be nice to have the talking parts animated and the technical parts to contain freeze-frames. Easy to learn from this guy, extremely simple technical action.
This video is just perfect! I wish I'd know how to properly adjust the compression and rebound damping as well.

Why's the video so choppy? You can't tell what's going on; the sound doesn't match the image.
