@shade1 nope, no supplements. I think most supplements are bullshit. The supplement industry is unregulated by the FDA and can legally make any claim about thier product that they want to. They can make a pill that is made of cow shit and put any claim on the label such as "this product increases testosterone levels 2000%. I just make sure I am taking in about 300 grams of protein a day by eating tons of chicken breast, tuna, steak, and other sources of protein.

@blastodermx4 Well, his forearms must be strong to grip the weight. And even with cheat form and momentum handling weight that heavy will have a significant effect on the CNS. Trust me. I know a little bit about lifting.
@blastodermx4 His weight really has little to do with wether he could or should be able to do this or not. This form has more to do with overall body strength then just the strength of the arms. Nate is a rather strong guy, particularly for his size. No one is denying that.
