I remember this song so well from back in the summer of 1980. I just turned 10 years old and was living in the central valley of California. Of course the summers out there were too hot and I would sing this song in my head thinking it was about the weather. "Oh, it's too hot. Too hot lady. Gotta run for shelter, gotta run for shade." Well, I was just a kid. What did I know? :-) It's such a pleasure to have wonderful music like this as being a big part of my childhood memories. ;-)
