you dont have to remove the 6 screws with washers, you can just loosen them.

You only really need to take out the 4 corner screws you could leave the 6 washers in and just loosen them works just the same less hassle with putting them back in

@donka5151 you are wrong, there is a screw that you need to remove to take out the logic board. It has the moisture damage sticker on it and you have to pierce it to take out the screw. You can't put it back on.

Excellent tutorial! First time ever seeing the inside of an iPhone and I was able to follow the video step by step and replace my front and back screen by myself. Cost me $40.00 for the repair kit that included all tools required for the repair. Apple wanted $200 to repair it for me. I am glad I took this route instead. The phone works like new! Thanks!

You can play Pokemon :O , get any app for free, change the look of the Iphone with themes and get loads of tweaks ... which basically IOS5 coming out next month has basically copied the jailbroken iPhone!
