I think you're misunderstanding how things work in America. For every retarded case that's won by some retard who jumps in from of a train, there are millions of others that get dismissed, and none of them are reported, because dismissals are boring. These court decisions are subject to appeal as well.

Liked your video. Agreed, Europe's healthcare system suck and the US legal system sucks. I wish the stupid people would just be allowed to die out so we wouldn't have to keep having issues such as this. What we are doing would be the same as if you had cancer and you didn't want to remove it because it would hurt the cancer. It will kill you in the end and you didn't do anyone any favors. People need to be held responisble for their own stupidity.
