Sony Ericsson just simply sucks and nokia owns them. Sony ericssion is more for those who loves to play around, bla bla bla ,and nokia is more for class, 'using the technology ' and so on.

You can see the crack line in the middle of each key on her phone, coz when you open the phone it lights blue, so you can see a thin bright blue line throuugh every key, their beginning to crack basically. I was excited when the w580i came out because it was finally a walkman for at&t. but i here about cracked keys alot for the 580i and my 850i seems indestructable without purpose abuse. if youre a gamer/texter dont buy the phone if you care about cracked keys. i use meboy to play pokemon and i do text alot, its time for a new phone but ima wait for sony to make the next model for at&t
the w580i is an all around low quality phone in terms of materials. Although my keys have yet to crack,but the menu/call/return buttons are about to come off at any minute, and i assure you i didn't abuse it

One day i saw and the 5 key was cracked then slowly they all started to crack. then when i was dialing and the 5 came off to my finger. BULLSHIT. so i dunno if you wanna say its my fault but yeah it's an ok fone overall. now sometimes it freezes (2 times so far) and the light effects are starting to 'wear out' i wouldn't recommend this fone its not worth the $300 i paid. yeah so thats me review i guess...

my key had a hairline crack through the middle. sorta split in two, but didnt fall apart.
anyway... got it replaced today!!! more than happy with my replacement.
saying that, this was the companies 3rd attempt to replace the phone without problems :D
