hi i am doing research project in the conversion of mechanical bike into electrical bike having some cool control systems features as well i may need the assistance of that guy so reach me on my email address ovaiste@gmail.com.
i will be even in the position to purchase ur services so contact with me via email i am waiting for ur response ....................... gratitude's avais
In this video I am testing it with crappy e-bike (golden motor) controller for electric bicycles. So don't mind the sound, it will run very smooth and silent with good controller. Also this controller detects "unusually high" RPM and shuts down when ~10% of speed is reached. But still, it is okay to test that everything works.
@circuitdotlt well, if you have to move it with a lot of force you can try to change the cvt ratio besides check the workshop manual of your bike with fuel engine, if you take a look about the original torque and ratio of rpm you could modify and optimize your little brushless motor to work perfectly.

@circuitdotlt just use the cvt without the clutch, if you do it in ths way you gonna use all electric motor torque and approach alll cvt variations

@liangel666 Now I do use it without the clutch (fixed it), but now it is very hard to push it around, the same as to push a car in first gear...
