@breakspirit I suppose I should elaborate. I was born blind, and had my retinas "sewn" back together with cryo-surgery. My condition is so fragile, that we would prefer NOT to do ANY laser surgery unless absolutely necessary.

Hmmm. I was going to say you might be able to get it replaced, but its been too long since you bought it. I would definetly say to go ahead and get a new phone. As for your wifi phone, have you checked to make sure it is compatable with the type of routers at your college?
I can't check for all routers, that would take too long. I did connect to a network across from the elevator the other day, but I still got the break up issue.
