@hostroute Let me clarify: I am all in favour of this sort of thing, but there is a feeling that this is being done by people who have come in rather than from the communities themselves as historically established. Therefore the chances of them being rooted in the local community are less (especially when the funding runs out).
Why do most of these people have English accents? I have noticed this to be a trend in the Scottish environmental movement.
