Yea borismex i agree with you, Rebuilding the twin towers isnt a good idea, Having something peaceful in mind like you said with a park and waterfalls of where the towers once stood is great, But sadly you can barely find anyone that supports the freedom tower =(

Nothing can replace the Twin Towers. The Freedom Tower doesn't reserve to be called one world trade center. This project is the worst thing they will ever do to this city, and it's an insult to the people who lost mates, friends, family. Building the Twin Towers II project is what really NY deserves, and will show that we won agains the terrorists. How you will remember best the victims: with two waterfalls ? or with the original footprints of the towers where once stood these people ?

I think they should not build a tower at all really.. they should have left it as a memorial ground, like a garden, with a waterfall or something so loved ones can pay there respects.. and the names of the ppl who died.. building another tower is just asking for trouble again... what does anyone else think

1) The Freedom Tower is part of the World Trade Center.

2)The Freedom Tower is a little taller than the old WTC thanks to the spire and the large crown on top of the roof.

well we are up to 130 feet and the plaza is complete we are starting to put in the exterior jumbo columns it will be at least 350 feet by the beginning of next year

I think it wouldnt be the best idea, people would be scared to work there, What happened just had to... It would be better to try to leave ground zero as a peaceful place... like a park with a lot of very tall trees, or waterfalls, or something pleasant to the senses...
