  • i ask, how do you train to get that power? what strainth training do you do? how long it took you to get where u are now? cause im trainning to get that power but dont know that the workout is right. any tips

  • @apt981 i just mostly did push ups but you do push ups with your hands next to your hips (like the planche form) and push up. the rest is balance and keeping your hips up. you train after by doing tuck planches
