No. You cannot get this phone for free with an upgrade. It's worth way to much for it to be free. I'm getting mine for 180$ (after taxes) with an upgrade. Be prepared to spend money on a nice Memory card for it though. 1GB will burn fast with music and movies on it.

I am getting it with my upgrade sept 9 2009 and its going to be 129 at the walmart tmobile kiosk...at the tmobile stores and online its 149

There is a relay on the sounds for the videos HD or regular Definition...not feeling taht
