I see ALOT of people that have people that have those items everyday. A rare is something from wars,special events,etc.Its is something you can NEVER get again.Something that is hard to get but is still there is not a rare I think.

Is a rare drop from Kuro, the boss on the river (the path that leads to Ork Town) Its a good weapon until you get one from dragons at Vasalkar Lair. Rememeber go to Yulgar for upgrade it to your current level (up to 8 in f2p system)
