It's about more than "gays" dying from AIDS. AIDS only came about in the eighties. Im currently performing in this show and have had my eyes opened to the life of people suffering from HIV and AIDS. A beautiful musical with such a strong and important message!

I just watched The Temp and the Receptionist, Lucy's Laugh and The Rain Keeps Falling Down back to back and I think he sounds amazing on all three. I love Lucy and this song gives me chills every time I watch it. And Temp is hysterical. I think just about any song out there would be a perfect song for him to sing. Just my opinion.

the song is from the musical 'elegies for angels, punks and raging queens' and he is basically singing about his lover who died of AIDS... we are performing it now and its a mind draining but gorgeous and society challenging piece of art.
