I cannot rationally describe as just, wise, and loving a Being who invented an eternal torture chamber in which to torment ANY of his creations, and who thinks it's appropriate to toss those he "loves" into that hell for "even the smallest lie." As for perfect... his angels fall and end up in hell, his humans fall and end up in hell, his own son tortured, and that, you would say, is all there is in this huge universe. A failed plan all the way around.
God is HOLY and PERFECT and PURE. and so is heaven. God cannot compromise the purity of heaven, therefore sin cannot be taken there. a small lie is a sin, and the wager for sin is death. God is just, as you have mentioned yourself, so think about what that means. No matter what there is a punnishment (death) for sin and someone must take that punishment. God wouldn't be God (holy, just, pure, righteous, good) if He let it go.
That is why His own Son sufffered, so that now everyone He loves has an option to be rid of their sin, because the punishment can be on HIm. Hell is made for satan who has eternally decided he wants nothing to do with God, therefore he cannot have any ofthe things that are of God, which iclude anything good. That is why hell is, as you said, an eternal torture chamber. God has been given no place there because the people who end up there have been given freewill and decided they do not want God.
God's plan is perfect. He made way after way after way after way for people to do the right thing, and still does. and He knows we stuff up but He loves us too much to ever want that to get in the way of His relationship with us, so He gave us forgiveness through the cross.
submission to His love and plan brings perfection. But i cannot do it alone because I was made for intmacy. That is hte point of creation; not to be condemned and sent to hell.
But to choose God and have Him delight in us and for us to delight in Him.
The height of our delight is when we are close to Him, so He gets as close as He can to us without interfering with our free will to make us as joyful as we can be, then we can CHOOSE to go further if we desire it.

Believe in the blood of Jesus (all authority in heaven and earth has been given to Him). Be faithful and the Holy Spirit will come to you and restore you completely.
Yes, when my husband left me, I found out how faithful God is. I was hanging onto Him for dear life! And my husband did come back. But it took awhile.
You may be waivering in your faiht, but that is alrightl. He never leaves you or forsakes you. He is closer to you than your own breath.
I have never waivered in my faith like I have recently. My mother died last year, I attempted suicide twice and my husband threatened to divorce me. I don't feel whether I truly know if God exists or not anymore. :(
Yes, He does. I know how you feel. I've had so many trials in my life. Just keep spending time with Him. It's the answer. Your relationship with Him is the answer. He loves you!
