ok, yeah it's a different sound to rise or die trying, and if you were a TRUE FAN, then you would respect the change and listen to the album without comparing it to there earlier stuff, all bands go through changes, who gives a fuck what a bunch af 14 year olds have to say about it, that's just my opinion (:
This album is their best, most thought out album. Lyrically it's an amazing heartfelt album. Musically it's almost identical with the exception of breakdowns, which have run their course in music anyway.

@24gadjet Whereaas I DO like this album, I agree with your point. Bands shouldn't EXPECT their fans to be fans just because it's them singing or playing. That's whack. I don't know where bands get that sense of entitlement. Bands play or write good music, and kids get into it and support, that's how this works. If you want to change the music you write, that's fine, but don't expect kids to love it simply because it's you. If they DO, that's great and good for them, but there's no need for THIS.

saw them tonight .. 6 th time, they are amazing and Alan even said "this song is for all of our true fans who have been with us since the beginning, sing along because this song speaks for us and all of the true fans, fuck the haters" probably the best show ive been too with them and this was the 6th time, new music is sick, josh being gone is different but ok, they still put on an amazing show
