Mineral oil aka petroleum jelly, is not well absorbed, and is the only product that I can think of that can be placed on the scalp. Maybe you can spray glycerin on your hair, but avoid your scalp. Try to avoid getting the products on your hands, as they may be absorbed.

what about argan oil, its not absorbed well. I use it in my hair and am starting hcg in a few weeks...
also what about perfume and silicones?

Yes you should. Your primary care doctor can probably make sure you are in good health before starting any rigorous program

I would suggest getting a perm prior to the diet and try to use hair products that have very little fat in them. Natural products are good.
