After years of working ou, I finally got over 200lbs. My problem is, I had a stroke, and am now back to 180. My left side is on a well deserved vacation. Do you have any advice? My long-tterm disability insurance doesn't seem to want o pay for physical therapy, so I have yo do it on my own..I'm 6'5", not a small guy.
@pokemonhat dont listen to her and do it , i've seen 13 yr old bodybuilders but they dont gain as much muscle as older people do cuz ur still growing.
@pokemonhat i am 15, i've started at 14, and i am 1.75. just wait to gain some weight and then you can start, because these workouts kinda leave you small :))

@pokemonhat hey man thats just a rumor. Im 16 and ive been working out for one year. and since i started i grew 5 cm(currently 178 cm). The truth is that if you exercise with your body weight it wont affect your body at all. Though i really do not recommend lifting heavy weights cause that can cause growing disorders.
hey is there any workout for girls women that can do becuase i just do the ones that are like really lazy because i always play basketball soccer and volleyball but i want warm ups and workout to be in fit and have a great body
