  • After years of working ou, I finally got over 200lbs. My problem is, I had a stroke, and am now back to 180. My left side is on a well deserved vacation. Do you have any advice? My long-tterm disability insurance doesn't seem to want o pay for physical therapy, so I have yo do it on my own..I'm 6'5", not a small guy.

  • @pokemonhat Doing workouts like these = Muscle stimulation which = growth. However, you won't grow like if you do hardcore exercises and yeah lol.

  • @pokemonhat hey man thats just a rumor. Im 16 and ive been working out for one year. and since i started i grew 5 cm(currently 178 cm). The truth is that if you exercise with your body weight it wont affect your body at all. Though i really do not recommend lifting heavy weights cause that can cause growing disorders.
