Just curious , I see your using a pneumatic cylinder. Was this originally a hydraulic cylinder turned over to pneumatic? Why not just stick to hydraulic?

@rodjava The die was about $260 from Pro tools for their model 105 bender.

tubing bender plans in pdf format. includes plans in both metric and standard measurement. this is by far the best set of plans out there that does not require a machine shop to build. does require welding and uses readily available 105 dies.
