@bcollegestar ... One must remember how HUGE phenomenon Sesame Street was back in the 70s! It was much more in the public eye than it is today (and deservedly so!)...
@WarriorWeek87 True. I remember my whole family watching some of the first few episodes of Sesame Street. I can't completely explain why. It was just so different from anything else that was on at the time. And some of the humor did appeal to adults. Anyway, yes, it was a big deal at the time, and I think asking that question on Match Game in the 70's was a real giveaway.
Hey ! I really like these Full Episodes and it is the same as watching Match Game on GSN TV . Please let's some more on here , because I enjoy them all . Thanks SUPER PAC . My Favorite Match Game Episodes are the Syndicated ones .

I had 2 possibilities for "Sesame____." They are Sesame St. and Sesame Seeds.

I didn't think of street at all.
I was absolutely CONVINCED it would be Sesame Seeds.

@bcollegestar If you had kids at home, that's where you would say sesame street.

Wonder how much the zippo lighter would be worth today if it was mint.

I wonder how people would have reacted if a guy went up and kissed Charles after a match?

My dad bought our three bed, one bath house on an acre just outside of the city for $13,000 in '74. $10,000 WAS a lot of money.

@ghrpdx $10K is still a lot of money. It just doesn't buy much anymore.
