The morning after pill isn't an abortion pill. The morning after pill prevents the egg from being released so that NO SPERM TOUCHES THE EGG. That means conception never happens, so morally this is a non-issue. If however the sperm has already touched the egg then the morning after pill has NO EFFECT and a pregnancy will occur.

There IS an actual abortion pill, but it's a different pill. It's not the morning after pill. Spreading this misinformation is leading to MORE abortions, ironically.

Lincoln suspended habeas corpus, wrongfully arrested people, wrongfully killed people, and fought against the south which was only trying to hang on to their states' rights. He believes the Civil War was not necessary to end slavery and that the Confederacy, while not perfect, observed and respected sates' rights.

@hmackey1 Dr. Paul is a very strict constitutional and fiscal conservative... I'm not sure how you can ask "How is he a conservative?" I encourage you to view Ron Paul's website and familiarize yourself with his background and his positions. As far as the morning after pill you brought up, Ron Paul himself is against the pill, as he stated, and as he was an OBGYN for years. With Dr. Paul we all have the liberty to believe what we want and do what we want, even if we don't agree.

@YCCNATION That being said, I'm pretty socially liberal. I believe in full liberty and rights for everyone regardless of sexual orientation, religion, birth town, whatever. I believe in a woman's right to choose. I believe that in a just society, the government must exist solely to provide for the liberty of the people. Liberty works for everyone. And everyone can be free together.

@th3giv3r They're not soliciting votes based on Dr. Paul's religion. YCCNATION never indicated that people should vote for Ron Paul because of his religion, which is Baptist, not Evangelical.. YCCNATION is trying to build up an Evangelical voter base for Dr. Paul, because, without that base, any GOP candidate is kaput. Their stated motives have nothing to do with religion. He's a fiscal and constitutional conservative. Moral conservatism, the founders said, should be left out of politics.

@bellatrixthechicken Yes, but that's the 14th Amendment, so it can't be said the founders intended it. The clause with birthright citizenship was poorly written and was never intended to allow illegals. It should probably read to make the offspring of current citizens citizens themselves.
