Anyone have cartilage loss in elbow from osteoarthritis or immune system malfunction in which body attacks cartilage? Human growth hormone injections into joint can go a long way towards normalizing the damage if you have it. Taking HGH any other way is not likely to help because cartilage areas are poorly vascularized. alan karaev won against john brzenk in 1998, john was not at 100 per cent, ok, that´s right, but alan karaev wasn´t half the man that goldberg was, so it´s really possible

and there is an other athlete i would say he can win against john brzenk, and that is magnus samuellson

he is a viking, a monster and trained for armwrestling,

it´s a pity that he is a strongman and not an armwrestler

Well, Karaev had been into armwrestling for a couple of years before he met Brzenk in 1998, so he wasnt a newbi. John also pulled 3 weight classes on that event. and was far from fresh. A fresh Brzenk propably would have beaten Karaev. Apart from this Karaev has enormous hands and is no weakling either.

Samuellson is another story, since he was a pro in the early 90s, there are some videos on youtube...

In my opinion consistency is what makes Brzenk so impressive, he is on top for so long, thats what he makes him great. "Everyone" can have a good year, some good tournaments, but to stay on top for so long needs something special.

Well, Armwrestling power is very specific and takes years of training. Goldberg has nothing of it all.

Im pretty sure he is way stronger in any lifting, benching and squatting, but his wrist and hands should not catch up with his overall strength.

John has an iron wrist and his hand is so dominant that i highly doubt golderberg could get in any good position. He might could hold up with his massive biceps power, but im pretty sure John would easily toproll through his hand.
