I used a 5.5x4.5 prop, that's about the maximum that motor can take on a 4S lipo. I added a cooling ring around the motor to keep temp down.
Without cooling ring, temp went up to 70°C which is at the limit. With cooling ring temp stays at about 55°C which is fine.

Can I ask you what prop you used? I would try a 6 x 5.5 - is that too much??

Very impressive and good piloting! Personally I prefer much slower planes, because I couldn't get back the little dot (jet) any more....
