Alot of places here I would not go to eat because it not fresh especially from stands.

@shuan3 Actually it is the opposite in Taiwan. The stands are usually more fresh than most restaurants in other countries, or even some restaurants in Taiwan.
Most ingredients are same day straight from the fishing boat or kept alive till before it needs to be cooked. Fruits and vegetable are fresh from the farm. Taiwan produce most of the ingredients so it is usually fresh and barely need to be refrigerated.
Just don't eat off the table or the floor then you are golden. LOL

i completly agree.. i ws living ther for 8 years.. nd i absolutly love taiwan nd all the food.. didnt see any of my favourites on here.. nd yes. taiwanese food is amazing. i LOVEE LOVE taiwan.. they hv lke everything!
