Well shot Jeff, it's strange that two days ago Tornado was up in York, and today I was filming it in Wales en route from London Paddington to Shrewsbury....Bob
@robmasterman Thanks for your comments Bob. Its been a busy few days for the Tornado. These preserved locos really get about the network dont they. I will check your video out soon. Regards, Jeff.
@robmasterman Must correct myself Bob. Tornado is not preserved of course but a new-build as you obviously know. I have to remember when passengers on the station comment on Tornado that the diesel or the electric trains standing nearby are the old ones and Tornado the new.
Loved the Doncaster shot. Doesn't a Peppercorn Pacific look so right at DON? Liked the departure shot. Great sound and lots of wispy steam. All the best Barry
@bkendlerA4 Thanks for your comments Barry. It was great watching the train departing from York and i could here it long after it left the station. Rgards, Jeff.
Thanks for putting your video on You Tube, I was on the train and it's to see tornado from line side as well as experience the trip behind this great loco. She a credit to though who built her and to designer Gresley himself, and sound great going back to Kings Cross Thank you, Ross
@90034468 Thanks for your comments Ross. It must have been a great experience travelling behind such a great loco. I echo your sentiments about the people who built this fine loco. Regards, Jeff.
@howarth004 Thanks for your comments. Yes it was very dark but very atmospheric despite struggling to get some decent images with the camera. Regards, Jeff.
Great video, very atmospheric with amazing engines.

Superb coverage Jeff, the smoke and steam in the lights at York worked well to produce such an atmospheric shot. Thanks for posting........... Phil.
