  • Fuck you, Obama. You will most certainly NOT be receiving my vote like you did in 2008. You're a corporate whore, and a slave to big government. You're not cognizant of civil rights, and you don't care about preserving the constitution. You are a disgrace.

Ron Paul is the only logical choice for this citizen.

  • @itstonymacaroni yes yes you woken up god bless you

  • RON PAUL 2012

  • Fuck you Obama. You a a bitch who refuses to listen to what the people say.

    Ron Paul 2012

  • Yay. Cops I don't (totally) hate. Still don't like most cops. Have to arrest for everything. Their to help, not their to ruin futures.

  • we need a real president that will stand up and not be a bitch. Im voting for Ron Paul 2012!

  • fuck you obama

  • If all drugs were legalised, that would open up the prisons to make room for convicted paedeophiles and child pornographers who should be given much stiffer sentences. There is no doubt in my mind which people are the greatest danger to our children.

  • @adolescentunit I agree. Some people are absolutely out of control on drugs, but there's always help & change. Sexual predators cannot be reformed. It's hard-wired into their psyche to act out their sick fantasies. Most people on drugs are destroying themselves more than others. Sexual predators live to destroy people's lives. And they can do all that sick stuff while sober. That's creepy. That you can be of a sober, yet sick mind. Rather be hated for being an addict than a waste of life sicko.

  • Obama says what ever you want him to say, he is the mitt romney of the democrat party.

    Ron Paul 2012

  • weed is not even a drug, its a plant, and the people who sell weed are florists...legalise it, don't legalise it either way i will still smoke it, matter of fact I'm rolling a blunt right now. ban alcohol and free the weed

  • @TheTruthSlave Oh, the snuff is not a drug, is a plant, and coke is not a drug, is a plant, and the poppy...

Do you realize that they are not mutually exclusive terms right?

  • Yeah, nobody who is worth listening to is pretending these things aren't drugs. But the worst experience of my life was acid related. I can't imagine myself ever doing acid again because of it, but the idea that that experience should have landed me in jail is ridiculous to me. I've known addicts, and I agree it should be a public health issue - which is exactly why I believe in legalisation or at least decriminalisation. If substance abuse is a disease, why are we arresting people for it?

  • What a weak human! Scared rich coward leading the world ...

  • you fuckn up Obama. i thought u was my nigga

  • Mr. Obama is laughing all the way to the bank. Typical politician, at best. Another Read My Lips moment.

  • Obama is just another rich white man

  • How about this idea. Legalize all drugs, ALL. Thus, the U.S. money cease to finance huge genocides and civil wars in countries where they are produced. Is not it a good idea?

  • @NLSJ this worked in portugal, the decriminalization of all substances, drug abuse polls showed no raise in abuse and varying levels of stable levels or lowered levels of abuse.

  • I can't believe this bullshit

    Obama IS FUCKING UP

  • What's going to happen when we all have the cure for cancer? When wars for oil can be ended.... whats next?? Solving real issues? (Cannabis --> Marijuana cures cancer....)

  • @Hemptastic47 even the ripple from the smallest pebble can have drastic consequences.

  • @Zhekarius exactly! Understand that marijuana actually cures cancer and other diseases/illnesses and understand that we need it in our society more than ever!

  • Never heard so much DRIVEL in all my life.

  • "Obama Says Legalizing Drugs is Worthy of Debate" really?? No shit...

  • Worth exploring, ha ha Ur gonna explore. nothing ur a puppet

  • Obama is full of crap...he has been bought like EVERY other politician in America.

Left or Right is no longer a standing issue. It's money and bribery...opps I mean 'LOBBYING' that runs the US Government.

  • He didn't say legalizing drugs is worthy of serious debate, he said how we enforce drug laws and how we handle drug addicts is worthy of serious debate.

  • Ummmm.. Uhhh... Uh... You know... Uhh.. Um.. Uuuuh, I lost count of how many times he uh's in his act, guess that's what he's really like without the teleprompters ey?

  • Ok so let me get this shit straight. I have only smoked weed once in my life and its way better than alcohol. In fact, people are having health problems with alcohol more than any other addictive drugs. Come on get your facts right Mr. Obama, you smoked weed before didn't you?

  • Weed does not seem necessarily to increase violence.

It can increase risk of psychosis, but alcohol increases risk of depression.

Obama, legalise weed, your losing easy votes with your almost needless traditionalism.

  • Ron Paul is the only one that wants to legelize! Remember that this november!!!!

  • The President did not answer the question what so ever. Instead he beat around the bush by categorizing all drugs as a health issue. Legalizing and regulating ecstasy is one thing, but marijuana? I guess he doesn't know that The State of California used $8 Million from their medicinal marijuana sales to balance the States fiscal budget.

How completely disconnected are these politicians from the people they...was going to say represent, but control is a better term.

  • PROHIBITION DOESNT WORK ! ! !

    Remember the prohibition on alcohol?

  • @l30n4rd01981 the prohibition on weed has in a round about way been what gave birth to the infamous "k-2" aka the strands of synthetic cannibanoids and stimulants used in these herbal blends that continue to release new strands upon being made illegal. My point behind this, is that making it illegal is making it worse, because every time they attempt to ban or make a strand of jwh or hu or any other chemical they use in these blends they just find a new, stronger,

  • and possibly more potential of overdose with each new strand that comes our way, it is an impossible war because the opponent merely is preempting their enemy by not avoiding capture at all but by circumventing the process entirely with new, legal mixes.

  • @l30n4rd01981 i'm not sure that's the best way to go about arguing against the prohibition of marijuana.. you make it sound like it should not be illegal because when alcohol was illegal people still drank. so based on your logic, heroin, meth etc. should also be legal because prohibition doesn't work?

  • This ineligible resident of the Whitehouse, is a tool. He offers no solution in any answer he gives and has done the opposite of what he promised. He's just another tool in the long list of tools over the last few decades, whether 'republican' or 'democrat' - we have that same problem in Canada with our 'major' parties - 2 sides of the same coin. We need more people like Dr. Ron Paul who have integrity and who care about people, not power hungry, greedy tools who do the bidding of the corporati

  • All i have to say is the fact that we put up with this atrocity of a government supported by a corrupt and immoral system is the most appalling factor in every situation in this country. Things wont change without revolution. The longer we wait the worst it will get.

  • If its worthy of debate, why didn't it get brought up in the "Interview with the president"? It was the second-most voted question on your list!

  • What a fucking slave minded anti-christian asshole.

  • OBAMA = EPIC FAIL

  • @MrHoodHeffner Why? (I'm not an American Citizen)

  • A war (in every sense of the word) on a portion of your own people that do NOT fight back....

What is the definition of oppression again? (rhetorical question)

  • He admitted to smoking weed frequently as a teen.

  • Sure hes going to discuss legalization doesn't mean he will ever implement it its election time so hes going to try to fool us all again into casting our vote for him its a lose lose situation republicans (outside Ron Paul) are still in the dark ages and want to keep us under the gun while Obamas afraid hes going to lose credibility with the democratic and on the fence voters bottom line is we are screwed .

  • so, he's gonna maintain the status quo. nice. this guy is a huge disappointment, but i'm still stuck voting for him cuz the GOP scares me more.

  • @craniumdesigns Ron Paul is our only hope!! Everything he says isn't perfect, but he would at least be going the right direction, a direction of liberty, individual freedom and non-interventionism.

  • @jtriplett2010 naw, i disagree with him on too many other things.

  • OK then, let's keep paying politicians (mostly lawyers) to make criminals out of citizens for pot and downloading music. Why stop the war on drugs? It's been so successful! It's successfully put lots of dollars in lairs' (I mean lawyers) pockets. Don't let's listen to people like these cops and Dr. Paul. They make far too much sense, and would put to much power in the hands of the people.

  • nigga you gay

  • wouldn't legalizing drugs remove the need to spend resources arresting cartel members as violence would stop if they couldn't make money off of drugs and would probably collapse and end the destruction in mexico

  • NIce answer Liar. Try to separate marijuana from other drugs.Way to avoid the #1 asked question,

  • he says all the right things and then does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT, a year has gone by and he has done jack shit for drug decriminalization, he's made it worse in fact. (obviously it's not just him, but you get what i'm saying) What we need is heavy decriminalization on all drug policies, the government should not have a say in what one does to one's body, and a full MEDICAL legalization of marijuana, the government should then provide better aid to those with drug addictions

  • Exactly right Rihnowalsh.

  • remember his answer is bought and paid for by bigpharma. you cant pose the question any better. you wont get a straight answer from corrupt politicians.

  • What a stupid fucking president.

  • Ugh this is bullshit

  • ron paul!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • His answer is just like "WTF"? This is a legitimate topic... for "debate"? For debate? He's not for legalization he just wants to debate the topic. Shrink the demand? Who the fuck is the government, to tell me what I put into my own god damn body. RON PAUL 2012 or else America is fucked.

  • This is discouraging.

  • The issue here is the Constitution, our drug laws are blatantly fascist and unconstitutional. No government whether the federal state or local has the moral or legal authority to tell somebody what they can or cannot consume as long as they are not hurting others. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land and trumps the so-called federal supremacy clause. The 9th and 10th amendments clearly spell this out.

  • His answer seems to be let's just throw more money that we don't have at it. more treatment centers? What a dipshidiot. Some folks think that whatever they put in their bodies is their choice a treatment center will not change their minds. Drugs didn't start being a problem that was dangerous to society untill our government prohibited them, Each time for reasons of racial prejudice. Untill we choose to fix this we will always be the carttels' bitch.

  • get this guy the fuck out of office

  • @DOTCurrency Who will take his place? One of those crazy morons in the Republican primaries?

  • @DOTCurrency And Romney will legalize it?

  • Answer me this Mr. President, why exactly are you not in favor of legalization? If you think the issue of drug use can be tackled the same way as alcohol and cigarettes then how are they so different that one is illegal and the other is legal? If they can be treated the same, then they SHOULD be treated the same.

  • Fucking politicians can't just give a straight answer can they?

  • "i'm the one who's gonna die when its my time to die, so let me live my life the way i want"

    -Jimi Hendrix.

  • @AnOddMusician Obvious counter-argument, Hitler? This is an extremely stupid philosophical position. No disrespect to Hendrix, just don't quote farm, make an actual argument.

  • What Obama and everyone else in this country needs to realize is you cannot shrink demand of marijuana. That is just absurd and blatently impossible. He is a loon to even consider such an alternative.

  • @knotz909 Exactly.

  • When Will Obama And Tha Fucking FED's Learn!!! Even Ignorant Priests!

Alcohol Is B.A.D Cuz Its MAN Made, Marijuana Is G.O.O.D Cuz GOD Created It!!!!

When Will A Spark Of Hope Kick In...SIGH...

  • @SURSouthRider Sorry for not beliveing in god, but i agree.

Drugs are man made. Drink it too much and you fall in a coma.

Cannabis is a MEDICINAL plant already used in some hospitals as a powerful painkiller, even meds that ACTUALLY WORK are based on cannabis.

  • @Pengasius14 The "natural" argument is not a great one, dude. I support legalization, but please point to facts, not "but it's natural." You can logically make the natural argument about heroin. Not hard to do. Not to mention morphine is essentially heroin, and it is medically legal. Therefore, (I guess) heroin should be legal too...

See? Poor logic. Point to facts, dude.

  • I think the problem with Obama's answer is that he immediately treats all drugs as bad. With drugs like marijuana, many people consider them to be positive.

  • Focus on changing attitudes? The attitudes have already changed, the LAWS are staying the same!

  • I dont give a fuck ! Ima do what ever the fuck I wanna do home boiiiiiiiiii

  • The straight and narrow? Come on, buddy, it's my body. Give me CHOICES in this land of the free. Let me see what I'm buying at the supermarket. Ensure I'm served responsibly sourced seafood at the market. Heck, stamp a percent-purity sticker on my heroin (if that's how people sell heroin ???). But don't take away my Coke, my salmon, or my pot. You are simply not my father and you shouldn't try to be. Thanks.

  • He said he was for legalization when he was running

  • This is a perfectly legitimate answer, one of the biggest problems in the US is that everyone seems to be so easily polarized by every issue. Having a legitimate debate is important. There is good arguments coming from both sides. For example the war on drugs clearly is costing too much money and not working. BUT legalizing anything makes it more socially acceptable to use (its true) and any suggestion that we should legalize every drug (ex. heroin) in my opinion is ludicrous.

  • @roryantoniuk The government shouldn't care what we do with our bodies. Its our bodies, its not the governments domain to. If a woman wants to get pregnant and abort every baby, that is her choice, if i want to smoke a joint, or a cigarette, that is my choice. Those things both have little to no effect on others, as long as i dont have my imaginary child in a room full of smoke.

  • @Phished123 I understand if the goverment wants to say "alright, drugs are legalized, but dont expect to get foodstamps if you are 'on drugs'. Fine, that is fair, especially if it is a habit forming drug like coke, crack, or smack.the government should have no control over what any one person whats to do in their home(or an appropriately deemed building), to their own body.

  • @Phished123 Exactly. Your body is not government property. In order for "pro life" laws to even be considered, we must make a law which establishes a woman's womb as government property, an idea which is in the strongest possible sense against the idea of liberty. If this doesn't happen there is no way abortion can be made illegal. And to the sanctity of life argument, think of it as kicking a homeless person out of your house.

  • @MZbhest @Phished123 Pro-choice person here but I believe the argument is that life starts at conception so abortion is murder. Not what I believe it all but it's not comparable to legalizing drugs.

  • @roryantoniuk Do you mean pro-life? Cause you said choice and used the Lifer's number one reason.

  • @nojcire no, but the reason people are pro-life is cause they believe that not cause they wanna control what you do. So I was just saying it's not comparable.

  • @Phished123 It's too simple to put it that way. I'm not saying if I'm for or against it cause honestly I'm not sure what I am. But drugs affect other people too, getting high and driving is dangerous and can affect someone else's life too. So we're just changing the police spending on one thing to another. That's why I'm saying having a discussion about it isn't unreasonable.

  • @roryantoniuk but using that logic, lets go back to alcohol prohibition because drunk driving effects everyone. But that's not the point, the point is the government trusts people that drink alcohol to be adults. Not to buy for minors, and to be responsible when it comes to driving. Why cant people who enjoy pot be given the same liberties?

  • @Phished123 but the logic for legalized alcohol is not "it doesn't affect anyone else" or "a (hypothetical) war on booze is a waste of money". Alcohol has been entrenched within multiple civilizations for thousands of years. Weed has not. Similarly the failure of the prohibition on alcohol is nowhere similar to that of the one on weed. For once I just want a reasonable argument, from either side haha.

  • @roryantoniuk Weed and hemp have been used long before alcohol. There's scientific and historal proof that weed has been used for at least 5000 years. Colonial Virginia REQUIRED that every citizen grew hemp, due to its many uses as clothes, rope, food, and medicine. Weed has also been scientifically proven to be beneficial to humans in a number of different ways, especially when vaped or eaten.

  • @nojcire I didn't say it wasn't used. I just said it was more entrenched into multiple societies. Trying to find any legitimate sources on the medical benefits/harms of weed has just made me realize we have no fucking idea haha.

  • @roryantoniuk we have no idea because the government is afraid of findings and puts heavy restrictions on anyone who wants to do any valid research involving MJ.

  • @Phished123 fair enough I wouldn't exactly directly blame Obama for that though (republicans). Atleast he'll say he's willing to have a conversation about it. Even if it is all talk. Most republicans would not be caught dead talking about something like that. Too many people use this simple issue to demonize Obama for not legalizing something most of you get away with anyways. Whereas a republican would gets you into much more serious problems with dire consequences (war with Iran).

  • @roryantoniuk Really? you are going to tell me that Weed hasn't been entrenched within multiple civilizations for thousands of years? It goes back to the 3rd millennium BC. The jamestown colony DEMANDED that colonists grew hemp. George Washington grew hemp and Jefferson said in his biography that "the best moments of his life" were spent on his back Verdana smoking hemp. The use of MJ goes back at least as far as alcohol.

  • @Phished123 The condescending attitude of so many marijuana users is perhaps the greatest argument against it. Why don't you go back and read again what I said. I never suggested it wasn't entrenched into society.

  • @roryantoniuk Maybe you read my message in a condescending tone, i didnt really mean it to sound like that. But a lot of people know nothing about the subject, so i have to be guarded when it comes to things like this.

  • @Phished123 All I've been trying to say is that there's nothing wrong with having an intelligent conversation. As long as it's that, intelligent. Unlike the garbage you hear coming too often from both sides. Not everything has to be so polarizing. In my opinion it's one of the biggest problems in American politics right now.

  • @roryantoniuk we can both agree there man =)

  • please dont just vote republican because you want marijuana legalized. look i love Ron Paul because he is in favor of medical marijuana, but besides that he is a horrible canidate and would lead our country down the wrong road.

  • ahem, demand is going up dingbat.......

  • I think that if the DEA is so worried about the children, they should outlaw sugar and concentrated caffeine and soda and addicting video games. Diabetes, cancer, and dependancy comes from these drugs, and what has the DEA done? Nothing. It shows that this is only of corporate interest, and nothing else.

  • Deflective classic politician answer pffff

  • Does anybody else think he looks stoned?

  • Notice he said Drunk Driving, implying that drinking itself is not dangerous.

  • Can he ever give a straight answer without speaking in tangents and generalities?

  • WOW, We got to get this idiot out of office. What a fuckin control freak!!!!!! He's not EVEN AMERICAN!!!!!

  • I don't want to get treated because I smoke weed. It's not an issue. The issue is why is it still illegal. Stop trying to put the blame on me fucker. -.-

  • yeah he's trying to please everyone

  • Obama is still dreaming that the solution is to stop smoking cannabis while he holds alco-drug in his hand that kills 85,000 a year. Why doesn't he put it down and war on it to shut it down? Why isn't that his dream, to stop alco-drug use? Because he KNOWS Prohibition doesn't work. He needs to drop the pretense and get real.

  • We invite you to join us. The Cannabis Petitions are a great start in a dialog with the White House and with NORMLs involvement. We have co-opted your Vision on your site. Obama is reading and listening. Help keep the dialog going by signing the Petitions. Tell your friends and please help us LEAP! ALL NEEDED INFO @ //whitehousevscannabis.

  • Drugs are illegal. thus criminalizing whoever wants to get high and forcing them to interact with criminals just to access it. if all drugs were as cheap as booze and available at your local drug store then crime would be WAY DOWN. you dont see any homeless drunks running around robbing and killing people for the simple fact they dont have to because its cheap as hell to get drunk. THINK PEOPLE laws are the problem, not drugs. BUT WAIT WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS I DONT WANT THEM TO BE ABLE TO BUY DRUGS?

  • @dustin741 Your kids can get drugs easy now and a lot easier than most adults but if your kids want to get high they can use gas, glue, spray paint, solvent any number of truly awful things around the house, all of which are completely dangerous and possibly lethal. Best to have your children in a frame of mind where they don't want to drugs but if that can't be achieved it would be far better if they could get some pot instead of sniffing your nail polish. I know you know that.

  • Well watch their little bad asses, stop being a bad parent and be there for your kid. you don't see whole bunch of drunk ass kid running? BUT WHAT ABOUT INTOXICATED DRIVERS? apply the same laws as drinking and if TRILLIONS of dollars were NOT spent on a so called "drug war" then TRILLIONS of dollars could be spent on saving life's by IMPROVING car safety. BUT WONT AVAILABILITY DUE TO IT BEING LEGAL CAUSE MORE ATTICS? who really cares? you don't see a war on poverty do you? about proves my point

  • the issue has reached a point of mass debate. as in its an issue we have to handle ourselves in private.

  • Obama knows best waj that Voters always fall over themselves for these control freaks who think they know better than you when in fact Obama DRANK & SMOKED DOPE what he is really doing is following an agenda of war. The war on anything is an opportunity for the Gov to control the money supply for black opts projects like Fast & Furious scam. Now this BAPHOONE signed the defense bill 12 31 11. This man has stolen your rights your Freedoms your Constitution all in one day and not one word of it

  • A wise man once said the only way to end the war on drugs is to stop labeling them as such.

  • He is really saying give me a little time and it will be treatment over incarceration for sure. Trust me the policy is going to change very soon especially if he gets back into office. The country can't afford the policy anymore. End of story...

  • More people die from obesity than from drug use. Should we make over-eating illegal in the name of public health?

    END THE WAR ON DRUGS

  • End the war on drugs!!!

  • Obama has been the absolute worst President when it comes to sensible decriminalization.

  • If you make the marijuana oil like it is suposed to be made a person could cure the worst cancers. If you cut corners it will not work.Use the very best indaca plant you can find, and i mean the best.People making this oil are not doing it wright and are paying the price.Legalize marijuana and a person can grow their own indaca for treating illness's.Oncolagist are buying chemotherapy drugs from anybody they can. There is a big shortage of the stuff which is a derivative of mustard gas.

  • Obama is fast and furious!

    why so furious mister president?

  • Nobody has ever died from using marijuana. People die everyday from tobacco, alcohol, and many other legalized drugs. It's the safest drug in the world and can be used for many more things then just smoking it for medicinal use.

  • international NARCOTIC DRUGS act 1961 .. that is USA LEGACY of IGNORANCE

no regulations , no taxes , no prisons , no DEA SWAT raids.

    VOTE>>>>>>>>>>NO PROHIBITION <<<<<<<<<<<<VOTE

NO GOVERNMENT INTERVENTION ! ? nick off OBAMA. !

FREEDOM & HUMAN RIGHTS. No compromise.

GO the TOMATO MODEL. ... free to GROW & USE as we DECIDE..

USA government is full of IDEOLOGICAL MORALIST FUNDAMENTALIST morons.

power corrupts , money perverts , religions are blinkered.

  • watch?v=Lts1arlXeog&feature=relmfu

obama you are a liar and a drug criminal along with the goverment

  • Can that smile get any more fake? D;

  • @Akadou watch?v=Lts1arlXeog&feature=relmfu

obama is a drug criminal along with his bankers and so forth

  • im votin ron paul. he seems to have the right idea about this topic. jus sayin.

  • That guy from LEAP scrambled Obama's brains

  • I would like to make a point, they say "there are already "legal" medicines that have more benefit than marajuana." What they dont point out is the side effects of and deaths from "legal" medicines and 0 from marajuana... You could use "legal" drugs that MAY work better but they have terrible side effects. Do you think giving a drug with dangerous side effects to someone with a weak immune system could make them worse? We cant even test to find out what it could cure. LEGALIZE IT Ron Paul 2012

  • One thing i would like to point out is this. They say "there are already "legal" medicines that have more benefit than marajuana." What they dont point out is the stomach ulsers, heart attacks, ect, and out of control deaths from "legal" medicines and 0 from marajuana... So you could use something that MAY work better but that has terrible side effects. We cant even test with it to find out what uses it does have ...LEGALIZE IT Ron Paul 2012

  • Obama admitted to not just having smoked marijuana, but to using cocaine. Does he think he's better than the rest of us? He can experiment with drugs and still become president of the United States, but the rest of just couldn't be trusted, huh?

    .

They advertise all kinds of pills on TV that have very serious side effects like heart attack and death. But a plant that has killed nobody is what we have to spend billions of dollars trying to keep out of people's hands.

    What a fucking joke.

  • He's a strong believer in thinking about drugs more as a public health issue? So that's why he supports legally responding to drug usage as you would a rapist or murderer? Idiot.

  • He is talking around in circles. How bout you answer a fucking question Mr. President?

  • @xXAlphaXx "He is talking around in circles." Hello, my name is Politics. Nice to meet you.

  • You know how to decrease demand? Legalize it, make it legal for people to do, not just for medicinal reasons, I mean as legal as alcohol. People won't be so interested in trying something because it's exciting to try something illegal. Portugal legalized ALL drugs, and usage has gone down as a result, when asked they simply said it's not for them. Also what the hell do you mean by "I think it's a worthy debate"? Everything can be a worthy debate if you have good points.

  • DON'T TRUST THE OBAMA FACTOR! RON PAUL FOR PRESIDENT!

  • NO MORE DEBATING! RON PAUL FOR PRESIDENT!

  • OBAMA SUCKS!

  • ALL WORK AND NO PLAY MAKES JACK A DULL BOY! RON PAUL FOR PRESIDENT

  • Until marijuana starts killing people there is always going to be demand, until some crazy scientific study shows it's more dangerous than alcohol or tobacco it's always going to be in demand, Why? because it produces numerous positive effects most notably euphoria and artistic appreciation and doesn't seem to have any negative side effects unless you're smoking it numerous times a day.

    Vote Ron Paul

  • YOU WILL NEVER SHRINK DEMAND!! where is ron paul in this interview GOD DAMN RON PAUL 2012!! LEGALIZE IT!!

  • Obama is nothing but lair puppet!! " we have made strides with alcohol cigarrets etc" well, the reason we have is because they were legal, and then we delt with them by taxing, public heath awareness campaigns, and then again hypocrite Obama says the problem is we are too caught up with incarceration, but by refusing to legalize that's exactly what is going to continue to happen

  • OH YEAH... this is the evidence i have been looking for.. "Think about drugs as a national health problem"... PROOF that Obama truly does care about me and my health.. i knew that letter he sent me last week wasn't a fake.. he really does love me... YAY... I wanna give him a big ol hug, and my new 50/50 180 degree engrish translator to fix that terrible communication problem we have as his actions are the opposite of everything he pitched us b4 election..

  • nobel gave this tard the peace prize , he supports organized crime , incarcerating sick and suffering patients , and is committing war crimes all over the world lol .

  • its so funny when you hear people talk against marijuana you can tell 100% they have no idea what the fuck they are saying or talking about its all from what they heard or what they seen but when a positive speaker of marijuana comes along it makes perfect sense

  • More BS, frm a man that is so unimformed. Tired of the govt and policitians blowing smoke up folks asses. Either do what u say or move out the way so someone that is imformd that can do what they say.

  • Dude, we don't want a skinny bitch who looks like she's 60 when she's actually 20, break into a house, stealing a tv-set, breaking it because she is to damn high on meth and then getting arrested by policemen who were bit by her to serve a sentence in a state-sponsored, 1-star hotel!

  • if in 40 years you the government has failed to shink demend for drugs. maybe its time we try something else.

  • can we please legalize weed so that the mexicans and colombians and whoever else that imports it wont have the monopoly on it. we are basically funding a civil war there are we not? We are the biggest buyer for them and the cartels are currently fighting the police down there. also, we need to quit throwing our money into another countrys pockets.

  • fuck this guy....I hope you dont waste the money even running in the next election..this is a uncle tom negro..

  • Why is it whenever a politician is asked about legalisation they instantly refer to prevention and treatment? WE WANNA SMOKE THAT SHIT

  • Obama looks stoned... if he was though he would see this WAR is BULLSHIT.

  • I cannot believe that in 2011, marijuana hasn't been legalized yet! With the economy in this state, and legalizing marijuana and taxing it like the government does with cigarettes would definitely bring us out of the depression we are in. Stop putting people in jail for possession and selling of marijuana; and let everyone out of jail for this offense! Look at all the money the government is wasting over this. AND, lower all the government's salaries and health care! They've got OBAMACARE!

  • he is fishing for votes on both sides of the debate.... saying cannibus legalization is worth debating, yet qualifiying it with "i am not in favor of legalization" what an ASS!!

i am voting republican this year... GARY JOHNSON, Former Gov of New Mexico and Ron Paul both republicans, both support cannibus legalization. you can do 2 things at once by voting for one of them: progress on the legalization and the bonus of NO palin or bachmann crazy ladies.

  • @Catatonicus I am a woman, and I support both of these ladies for their efforts to get the word out. I DO NOT feel that either one of them could win in the next election, so therefore, I'm hoping they don't try to run. I want a Republican candidate that every Republican and some former Democrats will vote for. We know that we cannot continue on this road. The government is now bankrupt; and we still have a Congress that thought they deserved a RAISE IN PAY! A President SPENDING&TRAVELING!
