dude, that's illegal because what you recieved is a turtle in a small box, with lots of paper, without even a hole, and more over, ANOTHER box. that is total cruelty you know. How can the poor turtle breath??? and he almost doesn't have space. I'm sure that if you kept him an hour in there, it will die.

If it's a nice day out, and u have something like a turtle that's not all that fast and it's black, so it can't really blend into the grass why not?? I mean, it would be different if it was a green anole or frog, but as long as he has a good grip on it, it shouldn't be a problem:)
