California is going broke. The state budget deficit is projected to be $28 billion over the next 18 months. So tuition is NEVER coming down. If you can't afford college, then DON'T GO.
makes sense. but colleges are going to have different tuitions. some colleges are just plain horrible and some are the best, and most likely the best are going to cost more
