It looks like at least one of these men, possibly both, own their own land and grow their own food off of it, so they might not ever have to go to the grocery store. And what do you need money for if you already have a house and a source of food? They are probably self-employed via selling their surplus food or any wares that they make, so they end up not paying any of the taxes taken off of a typical paycheck.

@likelivingstones with that question you've started off on the wrong foot. it's not that there need be a law saying that it is not required, it's that if there is not a law stating that it is required. and then you could also take into account that for alot of policy stuff, the policy will dictate something along the lines of "ask for ssn" or "demand for ssn". just because someone asks you a question(do you have a ssn?), it does not mean that you have to provide them with it.

They took his social security number and were able to get personal information on him from their computer data base. I was really surprised.

It looks like at least one of these men, possibly both, own their own land and grow their own food off of it, so they might not ever have to go to the grocery store. And what do you need money for if you already have a house and a source of food? They are probably self-employed via selling their surplus food or any wares that they make, so they end up not paying any of the taxes taken off of a typical paycheck.

If you can remove your social security number then what you're doing is destroying a security on the stock exchange oh your corporation so in the U.S. it would be say on the Dow Jones or in the U.K. its the London Stock Exchange. I'd love to know how to rid myself of the National Insurance number here in sovereign England. The NI is the same as the Social Security number. If you remove yourself fully then these people have NO control whatsoever over you unless under Common Law.

If we are to look at the legalize definitions to the "codes" (traffic etc) we will find a "residence" is required to...

@likelivingstones with that question you've started off on the wrong foot. it's not that there need be a law saying that it is not required, it's that if there is not a law stating that it is required. and then you could also take into account that for alot of policy stuff, the policy will dictate something along the lines of "ask for ssn" or "demand for ssn". just because someone asks you a question(do you have a ssn?), it does not mean that you have to provide them with it.

No, there is no law requiring a SSN to be hired, there are exemptions forms or have a TIN. Probably, if the sole reason is the SSN.

With regards to the 13th Amendment the beardless dick is right, there is such as thing as volutntary servitude. You CAN volunteer to be someone's servant. If you agree to work for someone else without receiving pay, and you are not being forced to work, and you can leave at any time, then there is no law agianst it and there never has been. I don't think I understand why he brought up the 13th Amendment. He never goes back to finish his point.

You don't need to "fight" the ticket. Secure your common law rights in court by claiming common law jurisdiction. Judge-"State your name for the record." Me-"My name is Sam. I claim common law jurisdiction as a freeman on the land. The court take notice of your honor's oath of office." I don't have a first and last name, as these imply corporate title. If the judge refers to me as "Mr." I object. Titles such as Mr, Ms, Mrs, etc. all imply corporate title. They only have jurisdiction if I consent

@mapache11 I originally meant that the indigenous cultures tend to be saner, indivicual by individual. It's incidental that we use Sir and they don't. I don't know if that's what makes us insaner or not. Maybe it's that we're so insane we have to pay so close attention to language because we got OCD.

@mapache11 Yeah, so get a Black's Law Dictionary and look up "statute." Also, ACT. A statute is a legislated guideline or bylaw that is given the force of law by the consent of the members of a society. The word "act" also points to consent. Ask any lawyer. If I cease to give my consent, then the government has no jurisdiciton to govern me. It's like when we were kids, we had to ask mom if we could have a cookie. Why should I continue to ask permission to exercise my lawful rights as an adult?

@stopdemockery ..do you get billed for utilities and cable? If so, is your name in caps? If so, I assume you must be paying them or the service would get cut off. So the question is not a matter of your imperfect spelling (which is not a sin as far as I am aware), it is why you choose not to fight the utility companies and other that are not run by the government and DO write your name in caps.

@mapache11 No, it's not bullshit. I was in Canada with an American friend of mine, and he was confronted by some immigration police, and they asked him if he had his social security card with him. They took his social security number and were able to get personal information on him from their computer data base. I was really surprised.

When he got to the counter, the lady took his driver's license and checked on her computer to see if his license was valid. This is a clear violation of American sovereignty.

So unles your imaginary friend was emmigrating from the US, and had proof of Canadian residence, he had no business trying to get a Canadian license. Furthermore, even if this story is true, why is it bad that one government knows if you have had your license revoked? Shitty driving is shitty driving.
