Principals can make anything up knowing the law supports them. This thing is miscalled "tenure" which is nothing of the kind. It is civil service protections, but unfortunately in public ed principals can do anything they want to a teacher. A teacher doesn't have to do anything wrong. It's laughably easy for districts to get rid of teachers.
It‘s interesting how liberals scream about how corporations spend so much money to get Republicans elected. Yet in the same breath, Dems praise labor unions as real people -- completely ignoring the “corporations” that employ them and the astronomical amounts unions spend to elect Democrats.
