PAL version is at the same speed as NTSC.

But if you run a NTSC game on a PAL NES, it will sound like the prototype music.

@ninluigi MegaMan 2 is actually slower on PAL NES :( That's because of poor conversion or something I heard. But yeah, it's kind of annoying when playing :P
