Yes. It's a forgery. Kenya doesn't issue hospital certificates, and the state certificates look nothing like the one presented purporting to be Obama's. Not only is it a forgery--it's an OBVIOUS forgery.

In 2001 the Hawaii Dept of Health had all their vital records converted to electronic format, and changed their policy so that ONLY COLBs were issued. So Cenk is right. Since Hawaii no longer issues long form bc's, Obama had to request a special waiver for the Hawaii Dept if Health to produce his certified, sealed long form bc.

It's a birth certificate and the only kind HI gives since 2001. This fact has been verified multiple times by the HI DOH and the validity of it as a birth certificate has been verified by the U.S. State Dept. The long form has also been verified as authentic by the HI Dept. of Health. Layers in a PDF mean nada.

The race field on the birth certificate application was self reported. Meaning that either Barack Obama Sr or Stanley Ann Dunham filled it in that way. Its not about how others viewed Obama Sr, its about how he viewed himself. He came from Africa. They didn't use terms like "Negro" or "Black" there. Obviously the Hawaii Dept of Health had no issues with "African" appearing on their forms.

If the mother told the hospital that the father was african, and they could OBVIOUSLY see the baby was black, then they would put 'negro' in the race field. In 2001 the Hawaii Dept of Health had all their vital records converted to electronic format, and changed their policy so that ONLY COLBs were issued. So Cenk is right. Since Hawaii no longer issues long form bc's, Obama had to request a special waiver for the Hawaii Dept if Health to produce his certified, sealed long form bc.
