If you have a 40" vert it does not matter if you are 5'7-5'8 My roomate in college was a 5'10" sprinter with a 41" true vert, and he could stand flat footed under the goal and dunk two hands like a gorilla dunk. I could do 360s and windmills. But when people throw around 40" verts on youtube it makes me think people dont understand. By the way - my roomate and I were both D1 all-americans.
