Well, this *can* be done via sleight of hand, but on this video, in the stance he is in, I don't believe that is the case... the sleight of hand version involves distraction of the audience while the bottle is dropped out of the paper, onto or into a prepared receptacle, possibly down a pants leg or up sleeve, depending on the size/shape of the bottle and the movement of the magician. Watching frame by frame, there is no movement of the bottle and no possible outlet for it to have been removed.
how the fuck did he manage to get a bottle up his sleeve, surely we would have seen the bottle poking out or at least making it look like he had a very big wrist. FAIL
For the record, I told my cousin, who studies video editing and works a LOT with it at USC. He goes for communications something or another. He watched most of this unrest's videos and said that they were not edited in any way shape or form. I trust his opinion over random youtube rats :)

You can see it at about 30 sec where he pauses just before he says "so you basically"
It is the same with the version 2 where you can see the light in left upper corner just slightly get a little dimmer when the video starts after it has stoped to remove the bottle
It's one continuos shot. You're reading too much into it — seeing things which aren't there. Really.
Watch it carefully. Watch different parts of the frame. I don't think it's possible for someone to cut two pieces of footage together that seamlessly. I think all you're seeing is compression from my shitty camera and youtube's encoding.
The secred is you are editing the videoframes, you stop the frame at about 30 sec, put the bottle away, you can see that the video halt just a fraction of a time just before you say "so you basically"
And the same with the version 2 there the light up in the left corner slightly changes color when you have stop the video.
