@gramlib no clipper can make a flush cut, looks like the clippers hes using is considered one of the best for hand cutting but still wont be a flush cut, saw cutting is only way to get a perfect closed ring but thats out of reach for the average maker.
pretty snazzy cutter ya got there! does it make two perfect flush cuts on the ring? where can i get a cutter like that?
